Any participant who completes registration of virtual congress and pays the registration fee of USD100 is considered eligible participants for AOCN 2021 Virtual Congress.
As many free-access virtual meetings/ congresses are currently facing the problem of insufficient actual participants even though with significant number of registrations, to avoid participation shortage, the Congress Organizing Committee is hoping by paying a small amount of registration fee it could drive the participants/ delegates to actually participate in the congress as a binding force.

In addition, the virtual congress of AOCN 2021 is incorporated with an array of outstanding programs. By paying the registration fee, participants can show their respect to the congress organizers and world-renowned speakers and their enthusiasm for acquisition of the up-to-date knowledge and skills in neuroscientific field.

Due to the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on travel restrictions, the congress fundraising does not go as smoothly as it did in previous years. Despite under these new circumstances, the congress organizing committee still engage dedicatedly in bringing a serious of outstanding scientific programs with real-time sessions to our participants and delegates. Paying registration fee can help improve the financial structure of the congress to ensure the quality of the programs and facilities.
Each AOAN member society can have a group of nominated participants waived of registration fee. Free registration must be made in a group by the AOAN member society. Participant(s) can refer to the neurological society of his/ her country for details and authorization of free registration. Access to the virtual congress will be provided in an email notification after the completion of online registration. Participant(s) can go to the Registration Page of the Congress website to complete the registration process by making a payment of USD100 for registration.
After conducting the payment, participants will receive from the congress secretariat a registration confirmation notice, where access link to the virtual congress will be provided.
Participants are strongly encouraged to engage with the speakers by posting their questions.
Participants can raise questions to the speakers online orally or through text on our webinar system.
Participants can submit questions in the chat feature located to the right of the viewing screen during the lecture session. The speakers will address during the LIVE Question and Answer discussion at the end of the session.
Log into your account through the Congress website to print the attendance certification by the designated link.
The On-Demand service is the “post-congress online lecture videos re-play on demand.” All the lectures of the congress will be pre-recorded in advance. The pre-recorded videos will be released starting from April 10th, 2021. After April 10th, 2021, registered virtual (online) participant(s) will receive an appreciation letter in which an access link to the all the lecture videos will be provided. Only registered virtual (online) participants will have the access to each of videos without limitation for two weeks.
Taiwanese in-person participant(s)/delegate(s) who wish to share the On-Demand replay facility would be charged of an additional access registration fee in NTD600/person.
